Technoform - Thermoformability Analyzer
Technoform is a patented testing device for determining thermoformability of thermoplastic material. It offers rapid, quantitative and repeatable information about materials ability to thermoform as a function of temperature, pressure, and vacuum under controlled speed using small size samples which eliminates need for expensive and time consuming field trials. Test device is most cost-effective tool for QC, QA, material development, and process optimization. Contact us for more information, no cost test-trial, or for price and availability.

Daploy High melt Strength PP
Due to its inherent nature, polypropylene lacks melt strength. Daploy brand polypropylene homo (WB 130) and copolymer (WB260) from Borealis contains long chain branches and hence exhibits significantly high melt strength. These HMSPP grades offer unique balance of processability and high melt elasticity required for foaming, thermoforming, and extrusion coating. Extruded foam with density ranging from 40 to 300 kg/m3 made from blends of Daploy and other polyolefin exhibits finer cell morphology and much higher cell density. Low density extruded foams are used for protective packaging, impact absorption, thermal and noise insulation.
We are retained by Borealis as their technical representative for NAFTA region. Contact us for technical information, technical support, free samples, and commercial orders.

Just in time rubber bale cutting device (US 6766721, US 6487949)
Many elastomers are sold in baled form for easy storage, transportation, and batch mixing. However baled rubber is not suitable for continuous mixing as in making TPE. Even tough some high crystallinity, low Mooney elastomers are now available in pellet or "friable popcorn" forms; many types of elastomers cannot be pelletized. This patented device is designed to reduce dense rubber bales into small and regular shape pieces without resorting to high shear granulating or cryogenic means. The prototype is developed. Two US patents are issued. We seek licensees. Contact Us for more information.
